Returns Policy

REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS. (It is important to notify us before you send back any returns and a signed for service is required.) Should you wish to return your item to us for exchange or refund due to wrong size or fit or it is not to your liking ,we offer a full return and refund policy (Excluding the cost of you returning the item to us). However please do so within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned unused and in re-sellable condition. You must send full details and printed proof of your purchase from us and request for exchange or refund in your returns parcel. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods sent by you, so please ensure that you use a reputable courier. We suggest for UK, Royal Mail Special Delivery or 1st class signed for service. Please return using recorded delivery postage as this will allow you to track your parcel back to us,Please note: as we are not liable for any missing,damaged parcels sent back to us. PLEASE NOTE, Items being returned from outside of the UK, eg: EU, US, Canada etc,, must be CLEARLY MARKED on the customs form & Outside of the package "EXCHANGES" or "REFUND" with no value. Please use a reputable signed for service. Returns will not be accepted on worn or misused goods. All original labels must be intact and in original condition. Items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. This includes any stains, after shave, cigarette smoke, animal hair, Exchanged items will only be sent out once we receive the original item back. We do not reimburse the cost of you returning the item to us. However, in cases where the product is faulty due to manufacturing or any mistake made by us, we will refund you in full including any costs incurred to you within reason and once we validate your claim. Any Delivery charges we reimburse will be limited to a value of no more than our own suggested delivery rates. Please make sure items are CAREFULLY packed so that they complete the return journey to us intact.
